Very interesting thermal gradient across Europe right now in this evening. Prague right now with 5ºC, whereas Budapest has 20ºC!

First time I hear thunder in 2 months! Lots of fast-moving, hail-bearing cells thanks to the cold altitude air (-4°C at 850 hPa).

Wow, that French map looks a random late january day, almost.

Was refreshing my weather app/widget on my phone today and when it said only 6c for Lyon I thought it was a sensor error.

Eh? The forecast has Umea above average, albeit slightly.

I hope this summer will be well above average on the Riviera, with no sub-20°C temp from mid-June to mid-September and thru the roof humidity.
