And the coldest in Western Europe at 21F at that map: Røros (625 m). And one place much further north.

Speaking of Russia.. I'm sure they're used to cold and snow but this early and how far south is the question.


Also, yeah, life threatening wording was funny.. It's not like Sub Zero F everywhere. lol But is interesting.

Moscow's last day with above average highs was...Ocotber 5th! They've gone almost an entire month without above average weather! Wtf???

Better them than us, similar setup the 76/77 except cold is there not here.

That's a ****ty October in Moscow though, endless slightly above freezing weather. Seems like a paradise for slush and sleet, similar to NYC in February
