On the worst summer days my room can reach 90F with a dew point of around 75F. It can get pretty claustrophobic so I have to periodically go and put my head in front of the AC vent.

On the coolest winter days my room could drop to around 58F with low humidity (personally I'd keep it even lower but I live with my parents who are warm-weather people, so it's a bit of a compromise).
