London is full of chavs - it's one of the most unequal cities in the developed world. The gulf between the rich and poor is really quite big. Even a wealthy borough like Westminster is quite patchy - there are large areas of deprivation in the north, bordering Camden. Westminster actually has one of the highest poverty levels in the UK.
Not Oxford though. Oxford has a higher crime rate than Manchester.
The place with the least amount of chavs is more than likely some random, rural village where only old people live.
It depends if you look at stats by local authority or by Parliamentary constituency. For example Westminster LA has 30% of children in poverty, but PC has 20%...
Oxford has LA 25% & PC 27% (East) & just 12% (West)
Manchester LA has 38% & PC 47%
Not that being classed as living in 'poverty' makes one a chav, but the other cities I mentioned have the following stats:
Surrey is largely middle-class and is the epitome of stuck-up ****s. Nothing but dour suburbanites who spend most of their living lives on an overcrowded train heading for Waterloo.
Sounds like the British version of Long Island. Is it also parochial, and full of people with the city accent even though they've left the city? Have they nearly eliminated poverty by preventing housing for poor people from being built?
So disappointed. Stayed upto 3am for nothing GREAT.
I am NOT doing this again. You really need to be at like 70N to get good aurora, its extremly rare here and i've NEVER seen it. Folk keep showing pics of aurora but lets be honest here thats only on CAMERA. This is a mega fail.
