Precipitation is near on 0mm for that whole period... That's a first since September! It's been raining like almost non-stop since the beginning of October!!

Really? Cold snap? Not really. London was seeing below 3C highs at the end of November in 2010, so this can't really count can it

Well it's the first 'cold' weather snap in the UK so far this season, it has been mild up until now, so having temperatures a few degrees below average will be a shock to the system for many...

And 2010 had the coldest December on record, so a bit more than a 'cold snap' then

No its not. We had snow down to 1,000 feet a few weeks ago.


It is not a shock to the system.. They have had freezing fog in England already. Don't talk about the weather when you don't live here.

Of course it will be a shock to the system when recently our temperatures have been in double digits..

Freezing fog? To be fair never experienced it before... But I've never heard such thing about it being in England this season so far... Maybe on the tops of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, but not widespread at all!
