Where do you get your weather from? I'm in Ingolstadt and according to wetter-deutschland.com it's 9C here and I'd be surprised if there was a 6C difference in such a short distance - does that sound possible to you?
Either way, it's completely sunny with no wind, very pleasant, and the sun feels noticeably a bit stronger for January than it would do back home, plus we get an extra 30 minutes of daylight in the afternoons here

We were as warm as 46 last night. Yesterday was the first time we've been above freezing in about 10 days. We were on the extreme northern edge of the recent winter storm; we got just a dusting.
It's supposed to be as warm as 54 next Tuesday, quite unusual for February.
