For me this is really March weather announcing spring, with a mixed sky, but it is quite unusual for the area where the sky is either blue or grey. This is a lot more common in France than here.
I enjoy it quite much, the air is fresh and clean, and despite the clouds and few raindrops, the relative humidity is quite low, it is quite comfortable weather for this time of the year.
