Winter: -5c - 0c highs, -10c - -5c lows, no extremes and rarely getting above freezing; >150 cm of snow
April/October: High above 12c
Summer: The wettest season, with the high between 23c and 26c and the low >15c; no extremes, rarely or never getting below 10c or above 30c; stable precipitation, mostly in form of thunderstorms.

Sunshine: 1500 - 2000 hours, with a strong minimum in winter.
Precipitation: >1250 mm, with the wet season being in summer

The closest I've found so far is the western coast of Hokkaido and parts of New England (although New England gets a lot of extremes in winter).

Vladivostok - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(A bit too cold and dry, but otherwise close)

Find a close match to this (extremes can go a bit further):

Not MY ideal climate but does something like this exist on the earth?

Winter: average high above 30 C in the coldest month with 35 C happening at least 3 times a month in winter. Nighttime lows average around 17 C.
Summer: average high above 40 C in the hottest month with 45 C happening at least twice a summer and 50 C once every 2-3 summers. Nighttime lows average around 25 C.
80 percent of possible sunshine in every month.
Precipitation amount doesn't matter but should have a few monsoon thunderstorms in summer.

Vigo, Spain
Sunshine is 2,269 hours, or about 52% of possible. Closest I could find. If you are willing to sacrifice sunshine there are cooler climates to the north like A Coruña.

Mecca would satisfy this if it weren't for that last condition.
Jeddah is also close, but gets its thunderstorms in "winter."
