First of all, this is not a thread where you just list your ideal climate, and nothing else, as that has already been done. Rather, you state your ideal climate, and the person after you finds a climate that is close to your ideal, and rates it too. Keep in mind, you can also list crazy parameters to see if there are any matches, you don't have too just list an ideal climate.

Example Post:
Name of area that fit's the previous person's ideal climate
What you think of the climate
Your criteria for a(n) (ideal/fictional/etc.) climate

I'll start with a realistic one:

About 10*C highs during the winter
About 20*C highs during the summer
Enough rainfall to support forest, but not excessive rainfall.

So I find a climate that fits your criteria?

Katoomba, NSW: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katoom..._Wales#Climate

I give it a C-.

Now find this:

About 20C highs in winter
25C highs in summer
Low rainfall/humidity

Brisbane is pretty close.

Edit: Oh, never mind, it has a dry season.

Nunavut seems to be the place for you - Gjoa Haven and Iqaluit seem to fit your criteria the best from what I've found, with Alert, Rankin Inlet, Cambridge Bay, and Eureka as runner-ups.

Most climates with your temperature preferences tend to be quite dry and lack the snowfall amount you want (though obviously whatever falls tends to stick around). Definitely not very common in the world.

Pretty great climates! They're absurdly dry, but I guess I can't get everything I want.

Sydney, Australia is pretty close to that but I think someone else could probably do better.

Apr-Oct highs between 17C and 30C. (or warmest 7 months, but this is most common)
Coldest month average below freezing.
Rainfall under 60" but enough to sustain a forest.
At least 60% sunshine. (2700ish hours)
Average wind speed under 10 mph.
About 2 feet of snow. (not super important)
