And another off the freaking charts lightning display. Must be the 80 degree dew points that have supercharged the atmosphere

Hell yeah. I do notice when i get lightning that when DPs are high its some of the most intense stuff. I think Like you say, atmosphere is supercharged. Like the entire surrounding air is a conductor of electricity.

Add another 1/4" of rain to my books here from a random shower. Warm and humid with no wind at all.
