I didn't expect this..

5pm Heat Index.
Feels like 91° at Bridgeport, CT,
101° in Washington DC,
105° in Chesapeake, VA

Check out the OBS's (white boxes). Temps in the mid-upper 80s in CT, No clouds around!! Danbury at 85. NYC 88. Will they hit 90 for 1st time today?

Our heat index has reached 100 F for the first time this summer.

Actual is 94, with dp of 70.

Of course, Syracuse is sitting pretty at 77 F. Lucky them.
