Atlanta was under a freeze warning last night, but we didn't even get a frost. I think the lowest it got at my house in the city limits was about 41. Doesn't look like there is any threat for anymore killing frosts in the next 10 days at least

I saw frost on the roofs this morning, but none on the ground. Tender plants are still thriving here as well. Low this morning was 34 F. I'm in a more rural environment that's prone to getting radiational cooling.

Much of east central Florida was quite a bit warmer this morning than they were yesterday. Once the wind switches from NW (land breeze) to NE (sea breeze), places as far north as St. Augustine tend to see much warmer lows.

Ridge off Atlantic, so appears New England will be the last to get the colder air from the Great Lakes, per the GFS model. We'll see how it pans out.

AN AMPLIFIED SOUTHERN BRANCH OF THE POLAR JET WILL FEATURE AN
UPPER LOW OVER THE FOUR CORNERS REGION...RIDGING ACROSS THE GREAT
LAKES INTO ONTARIO...AND A DIGGING SHORTWAVE TROF ACROSS THE
CANADIAN MARITIMES AND MAINE TODAY. THE LATTER OF WHICH WILL SEND
A BACKDOOR COLD FRONT SOUTH ACROSS NEW ENGLAND TODAY.
A DEEP-LAYERED W/NW FLOW WILL MEAN ANOTHER DRY...SUNNY DAY WITH
HIGHS ABOUT FIVE DEGREES WARMER THAN ON SUN. HIGHS WILL TOP OUT IN
THE LOWER TO MID 60S...WHICH IS ABOUT TEN DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
