We don't measure snow and i can find no data for rain. For the former it's likely to be last year's snowstorm in between the 28th and the 30th of December where around 50 cm were accumulated with most of them falling on the 29th
Rainfall: 3.01 inches (76.45 mm) in 1980
Snowfall: 8.2 inches (208.3 mm) in 1940!
