We don't measure snow and i can find no data for rain. For the former it's likely to be last year's snowstorm in between the 28th and the 30th of December where around 50 cm were accumulated with most of them falling on the 29th

The highest accumulated rainfall recorded in 24 hours was 194 mm in June 18, 1986.

Greatest rainfall was 36.0mm / 1.4" in 2010
Greatest snowfall was 21.3cm / 8.4" in 1971
Most snow on the ground was 20.0cm / 7.9" in 1965
