Eh, not really. The vast majority of California's water comes from the north and the Sierra snowpack, so that's where the water needs to go. It'd be nice if SoCal and the SW in general got a good soaking in March (we call it a "March Miracle") but it's less important than northern storms.

It's too early to make this comment ............... "THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF ANY REAL COLD"


But early indications are we wont be seeing these cold anomalies anymore.


So enjoy this weekend in the Northeast looks like it's gonna be torching up. We'll see.

UP & DOWN has been the theme for 2 months. Question is... will one of those disappear from the equation or find the middle and stay there for couple months.
