I had 3 in a row earlier this month. I'm surprised it's been that long for you, although 79 is essentially 80.

Why has the your location been changing every day for the last week? I thought you already started college.

I did. But I just thought it would be fun to set each place I stopped along the way as my location for a short period of time.

Yep, a strong storm that was compared to Sandy made landfall in japan. Assuming that's the one that will affect them.

A nice tropical disturbance headed my way. Another one in Gulf headed for texas. Both are sort of similar to the Louisiana storm earlier this month. Seems to me the ITCZ is stronger and further north which strengthens the monsoonal flow because these storms are monsoonal type storms.

I wouldn't mind if that tracked further north into the Mid-Atlantic states, even if it's just soaking tropical rain. This month I've received less than half as much rain as Phoenix, AZ.

I'm looking forward to the soaking that we are going to get with 99L. Models projecting widespread 2-4in of rain over the next several days.

It's hard to get storms to track further north west than nc. Any further north and it heads out to sea. I also need the rain too, running an inch below normal for this month.
