Goulburn makes sense, as its summers can be considered cool, but Wagga is much too warm during summer.
Koppen might have seen things differently, if he had the resources available these days.
How so? Despite its cool 12C nights, Goulburn's summer highs are around 27C (still closer to Wagga's). In contrast, Glasgow's highs are around 19C in the summer. Either way, a lot of places with a Cfa climate have 27C summers.
Incidentally, I think Wagga Wagga has the hottest summers of any Cfb cities (if I'm not mistaken).
Do you think it's accurate to regard London as transitional Cfb/Csb?

I think of you worked out the median or modal rainfall rather than the mean, you would get much drier summers. In the last 30 years, 14 of them have met the Csb rainfall requirements (14 Cfb, 1 Cfa, 1 Dfb), but then you get record wet months like Aug 2004 or July 2007/2012 that raise the average.

If you're using Koppen, then Goulburn is Cfb, and Wagga is Cfa. Only the average temperatures matters.
I am about 400 km from Dfc as the crow flies according to old school norms. Because of the global warming I except that distance is getting bigger.
