My name isn't Owen. I do go to the Gym, I started around 4 months ago... My Biceps/Triceps are noticeably larger but they aren't anything special.
It does take time to build up muscle, an insanely long time actually.
Yeah, I have been bulking up for 2 years now. On my way to do chest today actually. Muscles for me became well defined this year, very apparent last year, and noticeable only a month after starting to workout.

I started to notice it last month. I go 4 days a week and that is enough for me.

Life is busy, normally I go 2-4 days a week. Last week I went twice because I was busy this week 3 soon 4 hopefully. Next week God willing I can get 4 days because it should be an easy week.
He had a rally about 20 minutes from my home yesterday out on a farm. Had a friend go, he said the area was surrounded by dirt roads with over 15k cars at least. He had his rally out in the middle of no where lol.

Lol yes 4 days a week is enough. I hate using a public gym though, too many cocky men.
