Hi, I am looking to move to a new city- one with lower UVB UVA intensity levels. I hear it depends where you are in relation to the equator as well as your altitude- but if anyone knows which cities would fit this need PLEASE let me know!! Thanks
I have a skin condition that worsens with sun exposure.. I HAVE to stay out of the sun. Its a shame, but hey the sun is damaging and im learning to accept that. so any info anyone has regarding my iquiry please share!!

Low-altitude, high-latitude cloudy climates.
I hear a lot of people "allergic" to the sun like Prince Rupert, British Columbia. It's pretty close to southern, coastal Alaska.
Minneapolis does not get a lot of sun. As stated, try the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland, Olympia) it's not nearly as cold as Minneapolis.
Minneapolis gets plenty of sun. There is only 2 months of the year where sun percentage is lower than 50%. Sun percentage in Minneapolis is as follows:
Thats actually a really decent amount of sunshine! Id recommend the OP head to a place like Seatte or Vancouver, where sunshine % is about as low as it gets.
