Worst in my country: Balmaceda
Worst in the world: Vladivostok

Balmaceda has averages that are not TOO bad, similar to what you'd find in coastal Norway or Sweden, but it's ridiculously unstable which I hate. The average lows in winter are like -2c but the record low is almost -30c! That's horrible and ridiculous

Worst in the world is Vladivostok, especially given the latitude. A place at 43N should not have this climate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladivostok#Climate This is a climate that should be at like 63N. Vostok or somewhere like Mecca are horrible, but understandably horrible given their latitudes and location, Vladivostok however sucks ass for literally no reason. Brutally cold and bone dry winters and then cool but at the same time oppressively humid summers (July has average 92% humidity!!!!!) where it rains on like 75% of the days. Just fyi, they get more snow in March than in December, it's like this climate was created by people who hate Christmas, and also hate Easter at the same time. **** Vladivostok!

Worst in the lower 48: Death Valley, CA

Worst in the world? Can't say. Antarctica and some parts of the middle east are rather intolerable.

If I am a citizen of another country I feel like I am letting this country down. But back to the topic on hand.

This thread is hard to answer, especially since Canada has so many ****ty climates.

But, I will choose Nain for Canada:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nain,_...brador#Climate

Very cold winters for how much snow they get and basically no summer.

Chongqing, China:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chongqing#Climate

A disgusting climate where summers are way too hot and there isn't enough sunshine outside of July-August. Winters are insanely foggy.
