These are the most populated cities of the main, inhabited continents. Which city has the better climate?

Moscow (Europe): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moscow#Climate
Tokyo (Asia): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo#Climate
Mexico City (North America): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexico_City#Climate
Sao Paulo (South America): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%A3o_Paulo#Climate
Sydney (Oceania): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sydney#Climate
Lagos (Africa): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lagos#Climate

Note: Istanbul would've been the largest of Europe if it were entirely in that continent.

Sydney for me, particularly inland around Penrith. Fantastic climate.

Moscow, only city with cold winters. Nice and pleasant summers too.

Tokyo. I think its summers are too humid, but it still has four seasons without bitter winters.

I'm going with Moscow, although Tokyo has much better summers.
