What do you hate the most about your city's climate?

I hate how, in some years, August is warmer than May, and how November is more prone to higher records than March.

Not nearly enough sun, I think I'd want 50% more in all months.

Winters are not cold/snowy enough in NYC.

Some years are better than others though (2015).

The excruciatingly long spring, which is basically constant cool SW gales, with sunshine and then pouring rain every 10 minutes. Trust me, it's enough to drive anyone insane!

Almost every summer from 2007-present.

Even the below normal summers from 1997-2006 (eg 1998, 2002), were better than the extremely cloudy rubbish we've had this last decade.

Milder and drier winters than I like, and too hot summers in the last 15 years.

Ah! Thank you for proving my point

November-March.

Misery reincarnated year after year. Endless humid chilly air, afternoons feel like living in outer space, the sun peak angle feels like sunset and all that...

Horrible Also, the proneness to be below 20C anytime all summer is infuriating.

summers are way too inconsistent in terms of temperatures, below 20C should not be allowed and people shouldn't have to experience a week of 22C guaranteed when the average high is meant to be 26-27C

if the temperatures were consistent in summer then I wouldn't mind the snowless winters as much.

But these last 10 years have not been normal summer weather for the UK...

It's usually much sunnier and drier. Even the super cloudy 1960s had more sun than 2007-present. It's unprecedented.

I didn't complain at all last August or this June, because both of those months saw close to average sun.
