The inside of my house. Never gets below 60 (16) or warmer than 80 (27), sometimes the light is on or a fan is blowing; usually you don't notice anything comfort-related at all.
Why better weather than Miami? I am curious why somebody that likes warm winters would not go all the way with Miami and choose cooler places. What else would appeal to you in San Diego/ Phoenix/San Francisco weather related ?
Miami is too hot in the winter. I like mild winters. NOT "warm winters".
I wouldn't go anywhere in America, anyway. I'm not even in that country.

Maybe cuz they dont want it that warm? You couldn't pay me to move back to Miami though. Forget the weather, no one speaks English!

Warmest winters I'd like would probably be at sea level in Central Mexico (i.e. Veracruz&Puerto Vallarta), coldest winter I think I would like is Las Vegas, NV or El Paso, TX
