I am going to assume that you are being sarcastic....

Probably a lot of Walter Whites there
Actually most of the crime is drunken abo related. They are the reason for the middle east-like booze regulations there. There are undesirables there, but it's not a "serial killer haven". Ofcourse, I would never live somewhere that remote. Atleast here there is a large town 1.5 hours away which has all the facilities I had back back at home in Melbourne. Adelaide is a day trip away. In Alice Springs you are stuck with what you have in town.

Hell on Earth.
Not everyone enjoys the rat race, traffic and overcrowding of major cities...

There are like more ads than the actual games. Especially on the NFL.

I am afraid that my 20s are passing by too quickly, even tho Im only 22 lol. But for me its worse cause in school I was the nerdiest and shyest kid ever who played video games all the time, when I say I had no life back then, it's almost literal. I did not really start socializing or having friends until I was 16, didnt try alcohol or weed until I was 17, did not lose my v until I was 19, didnt have my first long term relationship until 20, so I am a late bloomer. Most people I know did those things earlier than me, and I feel like I have to catch up to them by doing stupid reckless things, having stupid meaningless sex, etc. Problem is Im an adult, and the whole "living as a teen in your 20s" means having much stricter repercussions. Really sucks, feels like I had my teenage years taken away from me, and then the rest of my life I will spend trying to catch up to those teenage years that Ive never had

God with the way you're talking you'd think the avg human life expectancy was 35.

Part of that is cause of my family's expectations. They are from the USSR where the culture was different. My mom has the idea that you should get married and have kids by the time you're 30 or else you're screwed

Well, your mum is completely wrong. No one needs to get married or have kids. If someone does that before they are ready, both emotionally and financially, THAT is when they are screwed.

Your family's expectations mean nothing in today's real world. Don't listen to them, this is not the USSR anymore, this is real life 21st century. As far as life is concerned, you haven't reached the 1st corner of the racetrack yet... no need to "catch up" on anything. There is no law or anything that states that you "had to have done this, and enjoyed that by the time you reach a certain age". Age is just a number. You can go out partying and have funb with mates like a teen at 45 if you wanted to.

That's what Im thinking. I know she wants to see grandkids, but I cant imagine having kids now, or in five years, or maybe even ten. I want to travel the world before ever settling down. Youre totally right man
