It's usually cooler after a summer rain in here, where temps go down to 18C-20C. However, later in the evening, the humidity rises and it starts to feel muggier.
Summer rain here tends to occur in the form of short, heavy showers or thunderstorms. Depending on how heavy it is and how long it lasts for, temps tend to drop to the low-mid 20's. There was one day where it was spitting those big drops from mid-level overcast, with the temp at 41C.
Lot of variables that affect it, including how long the rain lasts for, how heavy it is, whether its a quick fire shower, the preceeding air temp, and the origin of the airmass, so it's a hard question to answer.
It depends, In December and January sometimes when it rains, the temperature usually drops although only a little bit and might feel a little cooler, however usually if it rains in February/March/April the temperature doesn't usually drop and it just feels really humid and warm afterwards.
Yes because you are constantly above 20 even without rain.
Summer rain here is very rare and it's usually cool when it happens around 18C.

does it need hoodie in those condiditons in summer?
Summer rain is usually from the north, so after rain tends to be warm and humid -some of the nicest weather here.
Southerly changes are different, with a short spell of heavy rain quickly followed by clear, cold and dry air - dries things out quickly, but means a chilly night.
