27 out 30 days above normal on temps. Had 1.7" of rain so above normal for rain, but only a few areas of the state. Tampa had only .12" for the month. So much better than last Nov.

It's a pity that the coldest day of the year for Esquel wasn't recorded due to the big snowfall. It could have had a min at least below -15ºC.
November 2017 was a lot drier than normal and slightly warmer than normal in central Oklahoma. In some sense it felt like a backwards month with cooler weather early on followed by warmer weather late month. The second week of November had a lot of cloudy weather, and that's when we got our few sprinkles for the month. It had a milder absolute minimum temperature than October, which is interesting. That's only the fifth time that's happened.
I don't know why the Norman station recorded such a high temperature in early November.
This year's precipitation pattern bears almost no resemblance to Oklahoma's normal precipitation pattern to date.
