Backyard pool temperature is 86F.

I was out at lunch and it was very warm and sticky, but not really hot - yet.
30°C pool temp in Canada? Propane heated?

July better be good. This June has been a total failure. Top 5 cloudiest with ease.

Doubt it. The decline of British summers into record cloud and rainfall started in 2007 and apart from a brief blip last year, looks set to continue forever.

Look England is victim to what’s going on in the arctic , get a good cold arctic and a strong jet no problem . But sea ice and Greenland are melting , warmth is going to poles, cold south.

First week of July actually looks normal, but I don't trust it to be when the time comes.

Yeah, I've been reading about it, called "arctic amplification" where all the heat is displaced northwards to the arctic and a meridional jet with northern blocking dominates. It has done since about 12 years ago.

2007 was a crazy year in the arctic, many scientists consider it a complete change in the arctic climate that year that set the stage for the coming years . No coincidence it was the year y’all started getting wet summers .

Yes, it's heated - electric. Electricity is cheap here in Quebec.

But after the initial run-up due to a cool-cold start to the season, I had to turn it off because it was getting too warm because of the sun. It was 90F (my U.S.-made pool equipment only does F, not C) over the weekend. Too warm to cool off.
