Here's another one:

A lot of people don't realize how damn cold it gets here in the winter. We're a bustling metropolis that's barely outside of the tropics, and many homes are designed for tropical heat. They aren't designed for winters that hit below freezing at least once or twice every year. Central heating is rare or nonexistent in many places.

At least there's plenty of sunshine year round, though. And unlike the wetter summer, the winter is very dry and sunny. Snow has occurred, but is very rare.

Miami certainly doesn't hit below freezing every year.

Here's another one:
A constant onshore breeze blows here, lowering the temperature here significantly, to the point where this place is nearly Csb. Summers are indeed much milder even compared to other coastal cities in this country. You'd have to go to the north coast to find similarly cool summers but it rains all year there. This city is essentially rain free between June and September. Winters meanwhile can be quite wet but average lows remain above 10C even in the coldest months. Interestingly, this city's moderated climate is not due to a subtropical cold current but instead its position on one of the world's most famous warm water passages.

Either you're too good at guessing or I'm too good at describing.

Here's an extra hint: better slather on that sunscreen, because UV indexes can exceed 14 in the summer!
