No rain? No guarantees for that any day of the year. However, they tend to get light rain or brief showers so the precipitation really shouldn't be an issue.
Hottest month would be July, as expected for its latitude. Coldest January, also not a surprise.
It's fairly mild there, so sweltering heat in summer or snow in winter would be out of the ordinary. Fall should be a good time to visit.
