14C is cold for the start of May.

And 5C is well below average in May even for NI.

14c is really warm! Its quite mild.. And yes 5c is definitely cold for May but its not impossible.

14c is only nice if it's sunny with no breeze at all. The slightest breeze will make it feel cool.

12c in April is cold though. It will feel cold after 18-25c.

12C-15C IMO is only nice in March with sunshine. After March it starts to feel cool, 15C+ in April is OK as long as it is sunny and no breeze at all, as B87 said.

Its not! Cold is when it is icy and can actually snow.
