Pretty much the same...I almost cried the first time I went because I wanted to get marry too! After a couple weddings, I have quite calm down. I was 18, now I'm 22.

I don't like how people act all fake like "oh, how are you doing?!" "you've gotten so big" and yada, yada.

Single people going to another wedding?
I would think that eventually they would feel left out, and wonder why they are not standing at the alter getting married.

I have always liked weddings cause its a happy event....

But the flip-side of that is it seems to me some accept a wedding/reception invitation as an automatic ticket to drink until they become totally intoxicated...I have seen more then one beautiful wedding turn into family feuds due to a family member drank so much all they wanted to do is to bring all bad feelings out in the open on the day of a loved ones wedding......freakin fools...

Another thing...here in the northeast we have a short summer as it is...only a limited number of weekends to get outdoors to the beach or to go visit family and friends and seem some want nothing else but then to have their weddings on a June weekend or on July 4th weekend....How about May or October or even late Septmember?
