Hi all - I recently relocated to Jupiter with my family (2 elementary school age kids and my husband). We're currently renting in Abacoa and we're looking at properties.

Anyone live/rent/have experience in New Haven? We're looking at a few properties there. We like that it's so close to the schools and the mature landscaping.

What we're mostly interested in finding out more about is the feel of the community. Are people friendly? Are there lots of families there?

Any help is appreciated!

New Haven is a very desirable neighborhood precisely for all of the amenities you have listed. There are lots of families for sure. I live in The Shores of Jupiter which is also a very friendly neighborhood with a mix of families, some like me have recently become empty nesters but are still very much involved with family activitie. Also there are lots of pet lovers. I have heard some great things about New Haven, which is one of the more popular communities in Abacoa.

New Haven is located perfectly and the people are young and families all over and pet lovers. Highly recommend the area if you are okay with the zero lot lines

We moved over to New Haven from Mallory Creek in June. Love the house, the live oaks, and the location in between Military Tr and AIA.

It's been a hot summer, and not as many folks out and about as where we lived (right on the playground/park) in Mallory Creek.
I'm sure there's a bunch more kids/families...but it's been fairly quiet thus far.

Thanks for the responses. We've put in an offer on a house in New Haven, so hopefully it'll work out!
