Secession was tried once and it didn't work out well. As I read the Constitution, there is no provision for secession. I could be wrong; I'm not a constitutional lawyer.
Personally, I wouldn't display the Stars & Bars. Many people consider it highly offensive.

There are two provisions, 3/4ths of the states agree to it, or through revolution at a state level.
That's where the folks in Washington get a good belly laugh! Americans wouldn't know the first thing about creating a revolution. More laughs for the folks in Washington: the failure of the Occupy Wall Street Movement!

The person is apparently a WV Republican based on other posts. How ironic that Repubs used to be against secession.
