People stop taking this post seriously.

One poster called for seccesion met an overwhelmingly negative response and then disappeared.

Probably the same idiot that posted the same thing in the Texas, Georgia and Tennesee forums

Also, the 1st amendment suppose to protect offensive speech.
You guys need to both do some research. "Stars & Bars" was the nickname for the original confederate flag, not the one most people know (the X with stars in it).

Why cant we let this thread die. The poster is long gone. I dont even think they are from WV. It seemed like a mass let's secede from the US post that was posted in several forums. Nobody is taking it seriously. Why do we need to keep reviving this thread?

There are two provisions, 3/4ths of the states agree to it, or through revolution at a state level.

That's where the folks in Washington get a good belly laugh! Americans wouldn't know the first thing about creating a revolution. More laughs for the folks in Washington: the failure of the Occupy Wall Street Movement!

I was in Argentina 5 years ago, inconvenienced by road blockades all over the country, and they succeded in their demands! Road blockades have also been used in Bolivia, with success!

Eat your heart out America!!! Ain't never gonna happen here, even with all the boulders sitting along the roadsides of West Virginia!

The person is apparently a WV Republican based on other posts. How ironic that Repubs used to be against secession.
