I really need some help here. I am a 26 yr old male, looking for a room to rent in the Martinsburg area. I am moving to the area from Colorado and will be staying with friends for about a week before I will need to find a place. I haven't had any luck with craigslist. I am looking for something for around $500 monthly, but I can go as high as $600. I cannot afford a deposit. I am clean, a non-smoker, non-partier, with no pets. I will be moving to the area at the end of August. I can provide references. I will be available to look at anything after the 26th. If you have anything or know of something, please let me know.
