Id take the GWB (I haven't had awful experiences with it) and then take 80-380-81 north and get to Cornell that way

Never been to Cornell, but If I had to make a route today,

I'd take northern state west to throggs neck to hutchinson north to cross county west to 87 north to 287 west over the TZ and to 17 north. That's a mouthful...
