Hi all,
We saw some garden apartments that are for rent at this address but were wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the complex. The prices are super cheap, but you always get what you pay for so I am wondering if there is some hidden problem.
The appliances aren't new, and the stairwells seem kind of older. It's a very basic, bare-bones garden complex. We don't mind that but what we wonder is:
-Is it safe??
-There seem to be slightly lower income families living there, which isn't a problem at all for us as long as there aren't any thugs or dangerous situations.
-Is it clean? We didn't see any evidence of critters but you never really know if a place is infested til you move in.
-Is the superintendent responsive?
The management company is SBR Associates and I can't find anything online for them.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
