pics of the house here: apologies for the colors - all inside and it was raining so some colors don't come out well. Much of the interior is a soft pastel of faded olive - almost a tan with slight green hint. Very nice.
Nice home. I saw the first thread just today. When I saw "It's ours" I knew it was you. And sure enough it was. The seller must have thought about holding on to it too long or maybe just wanting to get your best offer and they saw that when you didn't counter anymore.

Yes, we were sad when we thought our best wasn't good enough, but the seller must be a wonderful person. We will be very happy to meet him and his family. They live next door to our new home. We are so very grateful to them! We will be the best neighbors possible.
Hey hey! Congratulations! I have been following your house ordeal, and it is so refreshing and encouraging to see you have success. I'm sure you will be glad to be in your own home after so long shacking up with the Parkies (although I'm sure they are fine folks of course).
What cracks me up is, I told him to give it a few days and I bet the seller would be back - but it took less than 24 hours!! Woo hoo!!
