I am interested in buying a trailer in the Five Oaks Park in Menasha and was just wondering if anyone knows anything about it. How safe is it? Is it managed well? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Default A nice little place

I used to live over by Oneida and Midway, which is about a mile up the road from Five Oaks. It is a great little place that I can see. There is really no crime to speak of in the Fox Cities, so I imagine that Five Oaks wouldn't be any different. It looks like a nice little community. The street layout is a little confusing, but other than that, it's close to the Appleton Rd./Hwy. 47 commercial corridor and Hwy. 441 (and only 5-10 minutes from Hwy. 41).

Default 5 Oaks Park in Menasha, WI

There are these "people" who live here and go around at night, digging in mailboxes and pull door handles to see if they can steal anything from our vehicles. I'm so sorry I decided to live here, should've gotten a home in the "boon docks". DON'T LIVE HERE!

Jana - Sorry to hear that you have experienced people breaking into your mailbox. Please notify the police as this is a federal offense. If you have specific days or times that you know this has happened, call the management office so that we can check the cameras at all entrances for unregistered vehicles.

Thank you,
Five Oaks
