TVSG, since you are "counselling" ex-cons, maybe it doesn't matter what time you get there, since some of these folks may be running on late time/limited time anyways. In the real counselling world, or any other professional environment you probably would not have been given a special dispensation to arrive at work an hour later just because of personal time management issues.

However, somehow you have managed to pull this off. Don't let it give you a false sense of security, and now maybe you'll have the cash to put into that savings plan, or purchase some more TVSG sports amenities (snacks, etc).

What are your plans for your raise? Please communicate that to us. If you don't have any ideas how to spend your raise, I am sure we can ably assist you.

Maybe he can sign up for the pension plan he was complaining about a few days ago. He said he would if he got a raise.

Yes, for raises.

Anyhow, I called him in to fire him, and told him that it was time to part ways. He thinks that it was a compliment and keeps coming in to work. What do I do?
Does your employee have the name Sports in his name ?

"Nothing happens" : As in * Ala Fired *

But the MAIN reason you should never , ever , NEVER be LATE is because it affects your co-workers . ( This does not include employees with a true emergency like a flat tire , ect . ) Not the chronically habitually late employee...

Have you ever heard that people who are constantly late are very selfish people ?

She was not SURE ?? So being late 364 days out of the year is okay versus 365 ?
