She says she is stressed and that are way too many unrealistic deadlines for us to meeet on a daily basis. Well it sounds to me she should be flipping burgers because what professional job doesn't have deadlines? She also we are pressured to get things done and there is never enough time-lol

So bascally what you have here is a person who has

Poor Time Management
Doesn't work well under pressure
Unable to meet tight deadlines

I would love to see where will be working next with all of those great skills. Some people just don't understand.

It's more than that. She hates her boss and the people she works with.

I got that feeling when she didn't want to go to Six Flags with us back in July.

There you go again, Grasshopper, putting down yet another employee. Your "holier than thou" attitude reeks.

I will put you down if you talk like a FOOL. What job can she get that won't have deadlines and pressure besides a stock girl at Target???

This from the guy who got a special schedule because of his tardiness. Being on time is the most important deadline.

There's a vast difference between "deadlines" and "unrealistic deadlines". Stock clerks have deadlines too and so do "burger flippers" as you call them. Your uncanny knack for putting hoof in mouth is quite extraordinary.

And NorthBeach is correct - being on time is a deadline and one at which you failed miserably. Next thread?

An old boss once said-"if you are making my company numbers look right I don't care what time you come in"

There are plenty of jobs out there without high pressure or multiple unrealistic deadlines to meet. Some employers actually offer positions that have perfectly manageable deadlines to meet.

Aren't you supposed to be a job coach?

*shakes head at being drawn in to yet another cry for attention*
