Your posts are proof of that (sar). But in the workplace, the manager who uses such a tactic should be fired, immediately, for cause. The reality is most every managers direct reports combined cost the corp more, and they are assets to be developed, not slaves to be broken. The manager who throws public hissy fits is inept. He/she serves NO prupose to the corp.
