Yeah, I have left jobs after a day, after a few weeks, and after a month. They never made it on the resume. As if they never existed.

I don't mean to be rude, but maybe the boyfriend taking an out of town job has more than one purpose.

Not sure I'd move 'with him' unless he gave you a ring.

I left a job at lunch on my first day once. Went out for a burger, then went home. The place was horrendous.

Yep. That's what happened to me. They said one thing when interviewing me, and after I accepted their offer they changed things - like the hours and the days, and they hadn't been 100% clear on the pay before I started. Once I figured out I was going to be working days I didn't want to work, and hours I didn't want to work, for less pay than I expected, I was gone. I figure next time they hire someone maybe they will be up front with them. Wouldn't that be better than lying to someone to get them to accept the job and then have them quit when they figure out you changed the terms?

Yup, I've done it. Actually, it was just last summer lol.
I took the offer, knowing that I was going to try my best to find another job as I work that job
And boy, was my judgement correct!!!

I took the job because that was the first offer I've gotten (and it was LOW), but like you said, rolling in income is better than NONE. Then, 3 weeks later, I got another offer that kind of just fell onto my lap!
Thank god I left the first place though... that place was a zoo lol. It's one of those small companies that has favoritism, and management clearly LACKS leadership. I caught one of the upper management (a DIRECTOR) talking bad about an employee in front of everyone in a meeting- talk about class and professionalism. Anyways, left and never looked back.. not to say I gave them like a day notice haha. Not that I wanted to, but circumstances were in the way.. my new job obviously didn't know I was working at that time so I was like yes! I can start Monday!!!

That job isn't listed on my resume til this day.

I left after 2 days.

At some Marketing Jewish Solutions firm.

They claim they will pay $1600 every month. And the rest of the advertisements that you sell/you get a cut out of it every monday.

I just had a fishy feeling. I didn't want to work 30 days, and then get into an argument because i didn't meet quota's/ didn't close enough sales, so i just flat out left.

Does anyone know if Jewish people are generally good, when it comes to money?

People do it but it sounds like your sole reason for leaving would be to be with your boyfriend. I would evaluate that first. If there are realistic reasons to do with the job that makes you want to leave, then okay. If you decide to leave, definitely don't put them on your resume.

Yup. I was with this company for exactly 3 months. Just a badly run place. I went to the owner to give him my 2week notice and he and I somehow got in a conversation. By the end I told him exactly WHY his company was a loser and he was not making money. Hint. When hiring all your HS buddies and family to work for you but they don't do any work you're gonna lose.
