You can't win this one unless you have an employment contract or are in a union. Best to go along to get along and look for another job. Your boss might be a real SOB but in the end, it won't matter for much unless he's foolish enough to violate your civil rights.

Ahhhh....you are correct, I should have stated it's a violation of the ADA.
