Let's see. Total employment at F500 companies is a bit over 26 million people..
The Ivy League enrolls about 15,000 people per year, so there are probably about 750,000 living Ivy League graduates.
That means that there are at least 25 million people working for F500 companies who did not graduate from an Ivy, and even that assumes that every single Ivy graduate works for an F500 until they die.

They are flipping burgers at McDonolds or stocking shelfs at Walmart . Both fortune 500 companies lol
The other big secret: there are jobs at f500 companies tanging from janitor, burger flipper, gardener, rceptionist, sales person, tech support, IT, finance, marketing..............
And amazingly, all have different requirements depending on the industry, company, department or job level!
I work in the corporate office of a F500 company. I didn't go to an ivy league school and the majority of the people I work with didn't. HOWEVER, I did do undergrad and a "post college" program at two very good schools. I also did 6 internships, 2 of which were in the same semester. My company (my division at least) pulls from certain schools, so most of the people I work with went to 2 or 3 particular schools. I didn't go to either, but I was a local candidate and met with their recruiters at a job fair.
