Is this a trick question? All the ones that I need the services of when I can't take a day off work. Plumbers, electricians, most retail banking (or limited weekend hrs), most gov't agencies, accounting offices, attorney offices, many medical private practices, Many large business consulting org's, the list is pretty long.

It really depends on your position with the company. I would say all state and federal agencies are closed nights, weekends and holidays. Banks are closed nights, Sundays and holidays. Most none retail or food places (like law firms or accounting firms) are closed nights, weekends and holidays.
