Here in South Jersey, i've seen quite a few women working for landscaping companies, also. And many in the fields; and several signal people for tree- or road-workers. We've had a heat index in the triple digits for about 10 days.

And i forgot to add - a Postmaster (male) in a Satellite Office i worked in told us he felt that the women he hired worked harder and had a stronger work ethic, in his years with the Postal Service. So everything you do isnt about strength.
