Yep, I never I owe the company anything unless they did something truly outstanding for employees that deserve loyalty in return. I find usually managers are the ones that are loyal to the firm because they feel empowered by the firm. I once gave loyalty to the firm that promoted me to manager and I worked my butt off but in return I was told it wasn't good enough. Lesson learned.
