Where I work, sexual harassment is taken very seriously. But if no one reports it, It can't be addressed. And it applies equally to women and men.
But I work for an international corporation...with large legal and H.R. Depts., and we get trained on this stuff once a year. I would suppose smaller companies or mom and pop shops might not be as aware of the laws, and the trouble they could get into if the harassment isn't nipped in the bud.
