was your jobs outsourced to a foreign country and you are now out of a job because of this.

What kind of service do you get when you call customer service and you get someone in india or some other country doing a job that an american was once doing. Dont you love when you cant understand what they are saying. I dont think it is right when jobs are outsourced and a big CFO get large raises.

Outsourcing is only good for the company's wallet.

As far as customer service...non English speakers annoy the HECK out of me.

I hate talking to people who can't speak English properly, whether they are in the USA or another country. DO NOT put people on the phone who have no command of the language.

The ones overseas speak 'textbook' English with strange inflexions. If you ever try to talk with them about anything other than 'the job' they do not know how to handle it.

If I call and get 'one of them' and try to be pleasant (I used to do customer service on the phone so I am nice to them) they do not know how to handle
chit chat.
