Yes, my daughter, a linguist, visited San Sebastian last year. She was fascinated by Basque.

It is likely a remnant of one of the original languages of the area before the Romans and other Indo-European language speakers came along.

Probably Arabic, Korean, Vietnamese, plus the English dialects from New York and Boston.

Nigerian English sounds sunny but not annoying. Some Caribbean English dialects can be annoying.

Arabic sounds the most chaotic and frantic! Vietnamese too though Vietnamese accents in English can sound funny, and many names in Vietnamese translate poorly in English like Bich, Phuc, Phat, you get the gist. There really is a Vietnamese person I've met whose name is "Dat Ho". Technically there can be a Vietnamese named "Phat Bich" or "Dat Bich".

I once had a Uber Eats driver bring food over to my place. Her name was Pornkrat or something along those lines.

^ I'm exactly the opposite with small correction I'd still put Korean and definitely Japanese over Chinese.

Russian and Ukrainian are my least favorites on par with French. The best sounding slavic language is bulgarian with the proper macedonian "accent".

Bottom of the barrel: Hindi and French -- because they make heavy use of inflection, and can be used to convey an entirely different (and sometimes derogatory) message to a speaker about someone who's "not in the loop.
