I don't know the raw statistics, but I would say, based on purely anecdotal evidence:

Brits, Chinese, Mexicans, Vietnamese, and Filipinos; not necessarily in that order

You mean the most in total number, or most as a percentage of total population of the nationality?

When does a person stop being of a nationality? Do you mean born in a certain country, but living abroad?
